Technical Management of Dredgers

INMAS expertise encompasses maintenance, repairs and supply of spares for dredgers, ships and off shore vessels. This task is superbly handled by a special team comprising of highly skilled Officers, Engineers and Crew.

RECRUITMENT, SCREENING AND SELECTION

At INMAS, safety always comes first. We recruit seafarers / employees with a safe track record. All applicants undergo rigorous background checks to verify seafarer’s certification and experience by cross referencing with previous employers,
government departments and certification authorities, before an individual is recruited.
   

PRE – EMPLOYMENT MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS

All seafarers must undergo a medical examination from the medical centers approved by the Director General Shipping as per M.S. rules of ILO/ Panama/ Liberian/ Vanuatu/ Malaysian flag guidelines. INMAS ensures the medical clearances before the seafarer joins the vessel.

DOCUMENTS, TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION

INMAS adheres to the standards set forth by the shipping industry to avoid the risk of improper crew documentation, causing the vessel’s delay at the ports. We ensure that:

  • Minimum validity of the seafarer’s certificates and documents as per the contract term
  • Training and certification conforming IMO, ILO and STCW’ 95 convention
  • Seafarer must have appropriate training and certification for the position he is employed on the vessel
  • Seafarers are briefed on the company’s policies and vessel specific procedures
 
CREW TRAVEL

INMAS
is associated with IATA approved travel agents with expertise in crew’s economic routing to and from the ships. Pre- paid Ticket Advice (PTA) may also be issued at customer’s request.
